What are F.A.S.T. clinics?

F.A.S.T. (Freedom from Anxiety, Stress and Tension) Clinics are interactive online therapy sessions for people who suffer from anxiety.

How can they help cure my anxiety?

All F.A.S.T. clinics follow a set structure, and in each clinic I introduce (or reinforce) a technique to reduce anxiety.

Guiding you through the techniques step-by-step has two major benefits: it’s a lot easier than doing them by yourself, and allows you to build confidence with them so that you can use them by yourself.

  • You can experience them from the comfort and security of your own home, or anywhere you like using a computer, tablet or smart phone – all you need is an internet connection.
  • They are interactive, but you don’t have to say anything – you just listen to my voice and let me relieve your anxiety. If you have any questions then you can type them – I will see them instantly and respond as soon as I can.
